Role Description:

As a Clinic Coordinator you will be predominately responsible for managing the front of house in one of our newly opened elite branches. You will liaise with clients both face to face and via the telephone to book in appointments, schedule consultations and advise existing and potential clients on high quality aesthetic treatments that we offer. You will maintain an excellent standard of customer care at all times to ensure a warm welcome and pleasant introduction to the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To greet clients, ensuring that they are made to feel welcome and deal with their enquiry in a professional and courteous way.
  • To ensure all clinic procedures are adhered to and completed in a timely manner in line with clinic needs.
  • To answer the telephone politely and in accordance with organizational procedures, handle, as well as make and adjust bookings for services.
  • To maintain client records in accordance with organizational procedures and data protection requirements, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • To promote and recommend the branch`s services, maximizing opportunities for sales.
  • To take payments for clients after their treatments and to ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
  • To undertake general administrative and financial duties as required by the direct Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service-facing role
  • Ability to enter Data accurately, record keeping, ability to use Word and Excel
  • English language fluency is a must
  • A passion for skincare and aesthetics with a good working knowledge of the cosmetic/aesthetic industry is an advantage
  • Car ownership is an advantage
  • Presentable.
