Job Description

  • For Recruitment is responsible for managing the full life-cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting candidates, interviewing and assessing applicants, and extending job offers. They may also be responsible for creating and implementing recruitment strategies, building relationships with hiring managers and external recruiting partners, and managing recruitment metrics and reporting. Additionally, a Recruitment Senior Specialist may also be responsible for mentoring and training other members of the recruitment team.
  • For Compensation is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs and policies. They may also conduct job evaluations, market salary research, and provide guidance to management on compensation matters. Other responsibilities may include developing and maintaining salary structures, creating and updating job descriptions, and analyzing and recommending changes to current compensation programs. The Compensation Senior Specialist may also be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. In addition, they may also be responsible for managing the budget for the compensation programs and providing regular reports to management on the effectiveness of the programs.

Job Requirements

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and compensation management.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.

Experience with compensation planning, job evaluation, and market salary research.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and compensation.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand the strategic context of recruitment and compensation decisions.
