About the Job
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of managing medical events providers and creating exceptional e-medical content. You will Create, edit and update the website’s medical content & build key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Onboard Medical events providers and guide them through CoatConnect’s website journeys.
- Edit and create medical events content according to CoatConnect’s guidelines.
- Research for international medical events and conferences.
- Following up on users requests to book international medical events and conferences.
- Proactively follow up with our medical events providers(local and international).
- Building, Maintaining & Measuring customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Medical Background is a MUST (Medicine, pharmacy, dentistry are preferable)
- +1 years in Account management experience
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient EN/AR medical writing skills
- MS Office Proficiency
- Active listener and good note taker
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team and follow the instructions of senior management
- Customer-service orientation
