Job Description
-Coordinate with procurement, purchasing, subcontractors and suppliers after arrangement with Site Manger.
- Organized and directed the staff and activities concerned with the technical office department and maintenance of the structures passed on work activities and load.
- Manage & supervise the technical office team in performing delegated tasks.
- Follow up & review the project designs with consultant in order to prepare project shop drawing to highlight any deviation with the code/standards.
- Coordinate with Site Manager and project control Manager under project Manager direct supervision to set an effective work procedure, work priorities and suitable resources allocation.
- Coordinate all technical matters between engineering, construction, procurement and subcontractors in order to solve any potential problems.
- Manage shop‐drawing team to produce project’s shop drawings in a timely and accurate manner and getting consultant approval.
- Follow up with Construction team to solve all technical problems that may arise during construction.
- Manage Quantity Surveying team in the issuance of bill of quantities, payment approvals and change orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review monthly Client’s invoices and ensure its comprehensiveness and accuracy.
- Review and approve all subcontractors Invoices as Traditional way and SAP System.
- Review all Purchase orders before issue from site.
- Follow up the procurement procedures according to the Procurement cycle and Procurement Schedule.
- Review all documents material submittals for approval.
- Review RFIs before issue to the client.
- Prepare the method of statement for the different activities.
- Prepare all supportive documents related to variation order for any modification in design included all Calculations.
- Supported to Prepare Study of the tendering and pricing for the current project "for additional Scope of works"
- Attend all meetings related to technical works (MEP, Coordination, progressed.)
- Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams.
- Prepare all KPIs reports required from Heed office.
- Prepare all wastage reports.
- Perform periodic performance appraisals for line reports and other staff (in coordination with the HR department).
- Supported planning and Cost Control Department in monitoring monthly construction progress.
- Support Contract Administrators in preparing any technical/cost claims with sufficient information about any variation orders
Job Requirements
- Flexible to work full time in Sohag city projects.
