Job Description

Location: New Cairo

Responsibilities

Curriculum and Instruction

  • Develops and delivers program curriculum involving hands-on activities and projects using STEM concepts
  • Consistent and regular curriculum evaluation.
  • Ensure that the curriculum engages the learner in tasks that require analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity which address each student’s needs, interests, and skill levels.
  • Evaluating and improve the planning process.
  • Evaluating lesson plans and observe classes on a regular basis.
  • Organize and implement a system for the evaluation and selection of instructional materials that are free of bias and designed to meet the Curriculum Standards.
  • Review and approve teachers’ choices of supplementary material and designed booklets.
  • Collect and review weekly lesson plans from teachers and send feedback.
  • Analyze assessments results, design remedial plans
  • Review the syllabus of each course
  • Communicate with Sales and Marketing Team
  • Set budget for programs
  • Manage Inventory 

Staff Supervision and Evaluation

  • Protecting the confidentiality of records and information gained as part of exercising professional duties.
  • Ensuring that staff supervision and evaluation procedures are accomplished in a fair and consistent manner that encourages accountability, growth, and excellence in accordance with policy.
  • Supervising staff to ensure that all responsibilities are met and exceeded.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering (Mechatronics) or Computer science.
  • Project Managment Skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English.
  • Passionate, energetic, self-learner, highly tolerant and adaptable to constant change resulting from our rapid growth.

Teaching Skills:

  • Ability to teach  (programming, engineering) projects.
  • Excellent teaching & Instructional skills. Ability to manage the classroom with the required session’s standards, Ages between (6 to 17) offline and online.

Technical skills:

  • Experience with electronics, mechanics and programming used in teaching STEM for Students under 18
  • Arduino microcontrollers and Arduino c.
  • 3D printing
  • Design and 3d modeling CAD, (fusion software).
  • Fabrication

Extra:

  • Experience with python programming language.
  • Experience with the FLL Competition
