Job Description
- Solve Electrical Issues
- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works (Experience in low voltage and low current operation)at site.
- Supervise sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions.
- Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.
- Pre-solve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the site that may arise at any time.
- Have the ability to work in site supervising installation and performing required site activities.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards
- Coordinates with Client / Consultant s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works
- Site coordination and resource management
Job Requirements
- Agree to work inside/outside Cairo for long periods.
- 2-4 years of experience in electrical construction project ( Fresh graduate is acceptable with higher personal skills ).
- AutoCAD 2D is required.
- Excel, Word is required.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Owning car is an advantage.
