Job Description
- Supervise and Coordinate the operations ,Maintenance and service repairs on heating ,ventilating and air conditioning systems .
- Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensure work is completed according to company, Product or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines .
- Supervises major installation of environmental control systems to assure that work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Identify need for and develop preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems and equipment
- Designs modifications to existing systems to achieve efficient operation
- Reviews plans and specifications for new construction to determine compatibility with existing equipment or acceptability of design.
- Conducts a quality check of work in progress or upon completion to assure acceptability
- Oversees repair and replacement of faulty thermostats, wiring and controls, and compressors
- Reviews the work of contractors for adherence to plans and specifications and for quality assurance.
- Ensure and verify that HVAC system inside the production area and warehouse (air temperature, humidity, differential pressure, air classification) is complying to the updated guidelines like cGMP, ISO and to the internal Quality requirements.
- Follow up on the planned maintenance schedules for all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, air compressors and all service units.
- Development and oversight of the HVAC maintenance budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical ).
- Experience over 10 years in the same role .
- Chillers, compressors technical operation knowledge and information understand.
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience is preferred or at least Manufacturing Industry Experience.
- High leadership, Problem Solving ,teamwork and excellent communication skills .
- 6th October city residents and nearby are preferred .
