Project Manager

Initiating & Planning:

• Project breakdown analysis
• Ensure that each crew has the tools it needs to meet project milestones
• Create project schedules & Plans that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management
   

Follow up:

• Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for management
• Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
• Communicate with project stakeholders / suppliers  and ensure the project is on track to meet the schedule and requirements.
• Ensure that all project aspects are going as per plan and with the required quality standard
• Flexibility in changing plan situations and finding solution for pop up problem

Closing:

• Complete any final reports and documentation, including documenting the project history, certifying that the project requirements were fulfilled, and evaluating any areas for improvement.
