Job Description

  • Research individuals, corporations, and foundations for potential donors
  • Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
  • Craft grant applications and fundraising proposals
  • Plan and successfully execute fundraising campaigns
  • Introduce Baheya to the decision-makers to the extent of their interest in cooperating with us
  • implement cooperation protocol in case of approval documented between the two parties and arrange their implementation with other relevant departments.
  • Work weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to follow the target.
  • Use online platforms to raise donations
  • Organize campaigns or events to solicit donations
  • Maintain records of donor information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, public relations, or a related field
  • Certificate in Fundraising, Diploma in Fundraising, or similar qualification
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite and donor management systems
  • Specific Knowledge & Experience:
  • NGO background is preferred
  • 2 – 4 years experience in fundraising, sales,
  • Experience writing grant proposals, press releases, and/or fundraising letters
  • Legal or accounting experience a plus
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to motivate colleagues and volunteers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for research
  • Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities
  • Confidence in public speaking
