Job Description
- Research individuals, corporations, and foundations for potential donors
- Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
- Craft grant applications and fundraising proposals
- Plan and successfully execute fundraising campaigns
- Introduce Baheya to the decision-makers to the extent of their interest in cooperating with us
- implement cooperation protocol in case of approval documented between the two parties and arrange their implementation with other relevant departments.
- Work weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to follow the target.
- Use online platforms to raise donations
- Organize campaigns or events to solicit donations
- Maintain records of donor information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, public relations, or a related field
- Certificate in Fundraising, Diploma in Fundraising, or similar qualification
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite and donor management systems
- Specific Knowledge & Experience:
- NGO background is preferred
- 2 – 4 years experience in fundraising, sales,
- Experience writing grant proposals, press releases, and/or fundraising letters
- Legal or accounting experience a plus
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to motivate colleagues and volunteers
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for research
- Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities
- Confidence in public speaking
