Job Description
- Review all of the tender documents.
- Projects Contracts Study Including General& Special Conditions.
- Prepare the tender strategy and tender time frame.
- Mechanical Works Cost Study & Analysis (Plumbing –Firefighting & HVAC)
- Indirect and overhead cost study.
- Suggestion short list to all recommended sub-contractors & suppliers.
- Prepare tender packages for subcontractors & suppliers.
- Sub-Contractors and Suppliers Technical and Financial Evaluation Including Prices Negotiation.
- Prepare the comparison sheets of all packages and Sub-Contractors and Suppliers terms of contract
agreements. - Project Equipment Study.
- Prepare the financial & technical submission.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant position (Mechanical estimation).
- Experience in construction field is a MUST.
- AutoCAD user, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point), Candy is
preferable.
