Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

You secure that internally developed or purchased Commerce solutions are developed, tested, and implemented consistently while meeting established quality targets. You will work throughout multiple levels of the organization, closely with business stakeholders including but not limited to Digital Commerce, IT, and CX with high quality and according to the standards set by IKEA internationally and the Service Office's IT policies.

• You will be working closely with software developers and vendors to understand new release functionality and reviewing requirement documents to understand application functionality.
• You will be developing and executing comprehensive functional test cases based on business requirements, end-to-end infrastructure, and regulatory restrictions.
• You will perform testing, document, and rank defects so the development teams can address them during the various testing phases.
• You will be conducting functional, regression, and performance testing and facilitating User
• Accepted Testing (UAT) sessions across multiple operating systems, browsers, and mobile
• devices.
• You will be reviewing business requirements, technical specifications, designs, and testing documentation for completeness and testability and identifying any possible gaps and deficiencies.
• You will be participating in cross-functional collaborative problem solving and defect management sessions with the project teams.
