Job Description
- Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors of potential issues.
- Perform quality assurance on received products.
- Manage daily operations of online sales.
- Manage the e-commerce order tracking and shipping cycle.
- Manage return and exchange orders and arrange with the shipping company.
- Ensure successful delivery of orders.
- Handle cancellation, return, and replacement processes and resolve general issues.
- Resolve any issues related to problematic purchase orders, including pricing and shipping.
- Receive inventory stock and supervise quality control, managing it on Shopify.
- Communicate with the shipping company.
- Communicate with the shipping company to send and export products outside Egypt.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience with fulfillment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Shopify.
