Job Description

  • Monitor inventory levels and alert supervisors of potential issues.
  • Perform quality assurance on received products.
  • Manage daily operations of online sales.
  • Manage the e-commerce order tracking and shipping cycle.
  • Manage return and exchange orders and arrange with the shipping company.
  • Ensure successful delivery of orders.
  • Handle cancellation, return, and replacement processes and resolve general issues.
  • Resolve any issues related to problematic purchase orders, including pricing and shipping.
  • Receive inventory stock and supervise quality control, managing it on Shopify.
  • Communicate with the shipping company.
  • Communicate with the shipping company to send and export products outside Egypt.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with fulfillment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Shopify.
