Job Description
- Support for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office (El-Basatin Labor Office PERFRED), social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system.
- Dealing with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees.
- Assist in social and health insurance for the entire staff.
- Handling HR letters including salary transfer letters of personal loans.
- Maintaining Employees Data (adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes)
- Handling both the hiring and resignation process.
- Tracking employee's vacation balances.
- Handling HR input to finance for the payroll: new hires, leavers, leavers vacations settlements, employees medical refunds, any due deductions, workers’ salaries.
Job Requirements
- Males only. (Due to job nature)
- University Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Personnel section is a must.
- Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
- Good English reading, writing & speaking skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
