Job Description
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Conceptualization, development and production of animations for the various events and products such as reports and stories .
- Production of motion graphic templates.
- Production of explainer videos.
- Ensuring that all requests and instructions pertaining to graphic design and animation requirements are fulfilled.
- Ensuring that all required deliverables are completed on deadline.
- Storyboarding, producing mock-ups Brainstorming and conceptualizing the piece.
- Conceptualization of key messages, defining the target audience, goals to reach and message to deliver.
Job Requirements
- Strong creative skills
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- MUST have a portfolio of prior work
- Creativity, Flexibility.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
- Social media design experience (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Motion graphic design and animation design is a plus.
