Job Description
- Review addition cards quantities/values and compare them with suppliers’ invoices
- Review all logistics expenses and shipments invoices.
- Release payments for logistics expense and supplier invoices
- Track PET movement to monitor inventory stock, Review inventory transactions from Oracle and match them with warehouse department reports
- Make total costs report for all imported PET shipments monthly
- Follow up with production department on the consumables (Spare Parts/Chemicals/Packing) ,make collective sheet with all consumptions and stock and Track consumables movement to update stock control card
- Match all production department reports with warehouse department reports
- Monitor foreign spare parts purchases and their payments cycle
- Make costing reports monthly
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree of Accounting (English section preferred)
- 5-8 years in accounting field
- CMA & IFRS is a plus
- Very good in English Language skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting Standards IFRS
- Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel and MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of using ERP systems (Oracle is plus).
- Use analysis for better understanding
