Job Description:

• Study tender documents (BOQ, Specs, Drawing, Contract, etc.)
• Study specs and prepare a compliance statement.
• Awareness of mechanical system related to commercial/residential projects.

(HVAC, FF, Plumbing, Fuel, Gas, Medical, Compressor, Vacuum, Steam, etc.)

• Prepare and sending RFQ/RFP
• Raise questionnaires for any discrepancy/Conflict between project documents
• Follow up with supplier/subcontractor to get quotation on time
• Study the received quotations and make sure it’s matching with project specs/schedule
• Discuss technical issues with supplier/subcontractor
• Coordinate with other disciplines for common activities
• Negotiate with supplier to get the rock-bottom prices
• Known how to calculate budgetary price 
• Prepare detailed cost breakdown sheet
• Preparing project detailed budget for awarded project 
• Ability to make takeoff for all systems (If required) 
• Attending meeting with client/Consultant for variation order negotiation 
• Saudi Arabia experience is preferred
