Job Description

  • Ensure profitable sales growth, revenue through planning, execution and management of all Trade Channels.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish and execute sales goals.
  • Lead, coach & energize diverse sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large & Key Account Customers.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Liaise with Trade Marketing team to ensure consistent execution & excellence across all Trade Channels.
  • Adhere to internal control processes & systems.
  • Participate in developing and upgrading policies & procedures including incentives scheme and rewarding mechanisms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or any qualified degree in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field, MBA preferable.
  • 15+ years commercial experience in FMCG.
  • Expertise in all & across Trade Channels.
