Job Description
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
- Regular Follow up customers
- Work indoor & outdoor
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Suggest optimization measures that will improve work performance
- Help in researching and developing new products
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Report to the head office on activities, market information, and sales forecasts to indicate what has been done and what has been delayed with explanations
- Responsible for an annual target to achieve with his customer segment.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural engineering or business administration and/or relative field.
- Proven experience 3-6 years in the same position.
- A certificate in strategic management is a plus.
- Previous experience in Architectural or construction sales is a plus.
- Very good in spoken and written English Language.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Preferred males
- Preferred own a car
