Job Description

  • The main responsibility of the Business Development specialist is generating leads and funds for the agency along with maintaining the agency image and positioning.
  • Specializes in improving and growing the company's business by generating new accounts and improving the business of existing accounts
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Make cold calls for new business leads
  • Write new business proposals
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
  • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
  • Plan and manage sales targets in line with company requirements.
  • Developing a business strategy and sales plan
  • Prepare and present weekly reports detailing sales achieved and those predicted against targets. You will also be asked to contribute to setting annual targets for yourself and if applicable, your team as part of the company’s annual sales plan.
  • You with your team will be expected to develop and present new ideas to meet both the needs of the business and opportunities.
  • Identify and analyze target markets and clients within the specified area /segment or customer group.
  • Meeting the budgeted figures for Volume / Revenue
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the customers to develop incremental revenue for the company.
  • New business/ customer acquisition against the target
  • Cross-selling and existing customer development target
  • Research, locate, define and target key business prospects.
  • Work with customers to provide feedback to development teams for new content and products.
  • Establish and nurture relationships that fill business pipeline with prospective partners and customers.
  • Negotiate new partnerships and business alliances; work closely with legal experts to write contracts for new business partners.
  • Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
  • Investigate existing services and compare them with competitors
  • B2B communication and expanding clients network base.
  • Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
  • Deliver presentations to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bs/Ms in Business Administration / Marketing or any related field.
  • Fluency in English / Arabic languages, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills are essential.
  • Understand basic management and financial statements. 
  • Strong numeracy skills are essential.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a development role.
  • A proven track record of providing actionable solutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Sales personality and a hunger to chase and generate new leads
  • Knowledge in Digital Marketing Agency matters.
  • Experience in customer support is a PLUS.
