Job Description
- Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok and other platforms.
- Offer recommendations related to campaign optimization.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Monitor ad, landing page, website performance via Google Analytics/web analytical tools.
- Proactively recommend optimization of all campaigns through A/B testing, landing page revisions, audience, and geographic targeting adjustments to meet KPIs
- Work closely with marketing strategists to monitor costs, goals, and return on investments
- Develop, recommend, and implement bidding strategies, including but not limited to keywords, creatives, objectives, demographics, remarketing, retargeting, custom audience lists, etc.
- Inform marketing strategy and channel teams of research results through presentations, written reports, or reoccurring meetings
- Stay up to date on industry trends, shifts, and best practices, serving as the digital media buying subject matter expert.
- Cooperatively with marketing strategists, develop and manage SEO for programmatic websites.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
- Real estate background is a must.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Real estate field (Digital Media Buying).
- Good user of Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint and other reporting tools.
