- Plan, organize, direct and control the manufacturing and related service functions to achieve efficient, economical and timely production of products and to maintain the highest standards of quality and quantity to accomplish manufacturing objectives and to achieve profit and investment return goals.

- Act as the advisor to the Chairman on matters of plant and/or product expansion, capital equipment investment or other areas where manufacturing is involved or concerned.

- Be accountable for the selection, promotion, performance and optimum utilization of reporting managers, administrative personnel and their reports, providing for the training and development of personnel so that qualified successors are available for important positions when needed.

- Implement, coordinate and expedite plant operations to involve: Human Resources (HR), Quality Assurance, Electrical, Manufacturing & Automation Engineering, Production, Customer Service and Maintenance.

- Responsible through joint consideration and planning, determine and establish long-range and short-term manufacturing objectives consistent with corporate sales initiatives.

- Review manufacturing performance and results, and initiate action to correct schedule deviations, excessive costs, material shortages or other deterrent factors.
