Job Description

Working closely with our Project Managers team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.

  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Ensuring projects all documentation is maintained - appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in projects management

Recommended:

  • PMP certified
