Job Description
- Preview the warranty status in the service center.
- Reply to Emails for warranty cases.
- Collect all the warranty job orders and issue an invoice number.
- Submit claims to OEM.
- Prepare the documents required for the guarantee and a report of the replacement piece and accompanying it in the spare parts store.
- Make sure that the replacement parts are in proper technical condition in accordance with the warranty policy.
