Job Description

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales controls.
  • Monitor sales activities by measuring and reporting on actual sales performance as compared to budget expectations.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders such as the Marketing team; to ensure the optimal alignment between sales and marketing strategic plans.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Manage daily reports and report all the sales and performance to the management.
  • Select, train, and manage the Sales Team. Set their KPI's and monitor their performance.
  • Performs other assignments as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in Business Administration or in any relevant field.
  • 5 to 10 years of overall sales experience.
  • 4 to 5 years in a sales management role.
  • Working experience in the gulf area market.
  • Experience in customer relationship management(CRM).
  • Must have experience in Hosting , Domains and Software field

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to listen, understand and modify positions to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes.
  • Robust understanding of sales strategies and ability to work under pressure and under own influence.
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
  • Problem solver and creative thinker.
  • A track record in delivering outcomes.
  • Demonstrated skills in prioritizing allocated tasks, whilst being a team player.
  • Ability to show initiative and quickly adapt to a new role or situation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS office
