Job Description
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Provide a warm, Friendly, and welcoming Atmosphere for both employees and customers.
- Achieve sales target and projected profit with coordination with the team.
- Select, train, supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to the job description.
- Operate the branch in Line with company procedures and policies.
- Ensure the branch is kept clean, safe and orderly.
- Communicate Personally with customers and resolve their complaints Promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.
- Ensure the branch is opened and closed on a timely basis.
- Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
- Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
- Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years in a relevant field
- Intermediate English level
- A Bachelor degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Excellent in Microsoft Office "Word - Excel"
- Good knowledge in Business Management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- working hours : From 2 to 9 PM
