Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our management team. The ideal candidate must be able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing manager meetings, making sales calls to clients, writing articles for the company website, creating social media content, and working with Canva and Wix.
Schedule and organize manager meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes.
Conduct outbound sales calls to clients and potential customers to promote company products and services.
Write articles for the company website that showcase our products, services, and thought leadership.
Create social media content that aligns with the company's brand voice and engages our followers.
Work with Canva to create graphics, banners, and other marketing materials.
Use Wix to update and maintain the company website.
Provide administrative support to the management team, including managing schedules, booking travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a marketing or sales capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Experience working with Canva and Wix.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
