Job Description

  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)
  • Archive employees' related files and document according to org regulations
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Assist in creating personnel forms ( Form 1,2, and 6 )
  • Participate in the recruitment cycle as guided
  • Meet the new hires and process their on-boarding cycle
  • Enroll employees on Fingerprint machines

Job Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
  • 1-3 years of work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Very good English language ( Both spoken and written English )
  • Familiarity working with the MS office ( Word - Excel - PP - ….. )
  • Solid understanding of labor law legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high sense of flexibility 
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team Spirit
