Job Description
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)
- Archive employees' related files and document according to org regulations
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Assist in creating personnel forms ( Form 1,2, and 6 )
- Participate in the recruitment cycle as guided
- Meet the new hires and process their on-boarding cycle
- Enroll employees on Fingerprint machines
Job Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
- 1-3 years of work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Very good English language ( Both spoken and written English )
- Familiarity working with the MS office ( Word - Excel - PP - ….. )
- Solid understanding of labor law legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high sense of flexibility
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team Spirit
