Job Description
- Maintain employee records including performance evaluations, appointment contracts, hiring paperwork, and other personnel documents.
- Track employees' attendance and keep it updated throughout the month.
- Issuing monthly reports regarding the attendance sheets & personnel reports
- Reviewing the company’s policies and ensuring the employees' commitment to the policies
- Complete the procedures for new hires and termination procedures.
- Responsible for preparing the facilities and tools for the new hires such as ( Business emails, IDs, workstations, etc.)
- Answer and solve employee questions, requests, and issues
- Ensure that employee files are archived in an organized manner
- Maintains employee confidence by keeping information confidential.
- Support in other HR functions depends on the monthly plan by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar job.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Previous experience in ERP modules is highly preferable
- Good command of the English Language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
