Job Description

  • Maintain employee records including performance evaluations, appointment contracts, hiring paperwork, and other personnel documents.
  • Track employees' attendance and keep it updated throughout the month.
  • Issuing monthly reports regarding the attendance sheets & personnel reports 
  • Reviewing the company’s policies and ensuring the employees' commitment to the policies
  • Complete the procedures for new hires and termination procedures.
  • Responsible for preparing the facilities and tools for the new hires such as ( Business emails, IDs, workstations, etc.)
  •  Answer and solve employee questions, requests, and issues
  • Ensure that employee files are archived in an organized manner
  • Maintains employee confidence by keeping information confidential.
  • Support in other HR functions depends on the monthly plan by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar job.
  • HR Diploma is a must.
  • Previous experience in ERP modules is highly preferable 
  • Good command of the English Language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
