Job Description
- Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals
Review claims , variations and inflation and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate.
- Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with laws and regulations.
- Appraise Contractual Documents, Allocate Potential Risks, Provide Legal/Contractual Countermeasures.
- Manage the Contract Administrations works.
- Track the Contract`s Detailed Anticipated Final Forecast Values, through Variation Orders, Site Instructions, Claims and Contractual Charges.
- Ability to work with a team at all levels of the organization to develop Major Claims, Perform Delay Analysis with the planners, Ensure that terms, conditions and pricing, are accurately executed and satisfied in Agreements.
Job Requirements
• BA. of Civil / Arch.
• 7+ years of experience in the same field.
• CLAC / FIDIC
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
