Job Description

  • Post job Ads and explore new recruitment sources to attract qualified applicants.
  • Conduct initial screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the applicants who are most fitting to the job.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines, utilizing different channels (job boards, internal database, professional networks, social media platforms, etc.)
  • Conduct HR Interviews to assess/evaluate the candidates’ qualifications.
  • Create contracts for newly hired employees and receive their valid hiring documents.
  • Respond on time for any planned or unplanned needed request.
  • Attend employment fairs if needed.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in massive hiring is a must.
  • Ability to work in different sites.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Initiative, organized and responsible person with the ability to multitask.
  • Preferably Males.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
