Job Description
Role Overview: As an HR Specialist at El Aggar Company and El Aggar Auto Tires branches, you will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless HR operation across our offices. Your responsibilities will range from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate employee disputes and provide solutions to workplace conflicts.
- Policy Development: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
