Job Description
- Follow up daily sales from JMS system and validate it with branches
- Review contract that we receive it from sales team
- Follow any up normal shipment on daily report
- Transfer COD based on weekly shipment report
- Carry out month inventory audit report with financial team
- Set and review PO in JMS
- Monitor all franchise payment on advanced
- Check all bill for accuracy
- Provide sales data to finance team
- Visit branches randomly and follow up with cashier to make sure they work correctly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years of experience
- Good command of English
- Communication skills.
- Computer skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
