Job Description
Our company is hiring sales professionals across levels within our Real Estate team. We're looking for candidates with 1-3 years experience as a sales consultant in the Real Estate or Online Marketplace industries.
As a Business Development Executive. you will be responsible to acquire new business and account manage the existing business using the 6 stages of sales (Prospecting & out search, Knowing your customer, Setting meeting using gathered information, Offering Proposal, Closing the deal, Follow up & Account management)
In this role, you will:
- Achieve monthly (Targets renewal and acquisition with consistency)
- Manage existing accounts and increase their book of business
- Ensure daily farming to increase database in terms of leads and referrals
- Increase our market share by selling our B2B products to new customers
- Manage and arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals, upgrade
- Increase our client satisfaction by performing account management services with them
- Regularly update reporting dashboard to reflect all sales activities
- Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, legal and Marketing department for any sales-related or client-related issues
- Collect market insights and keep up to date with laws and local development news.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales or related field
- Good communication in English, written & spoken.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Has a successful record in exceeding or achieving the assigned targets consistently
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt
- Knowledge of the Subscription industry
- Familiar with tech, ecommerce
- Excellent in prospecting, cold calls and generating leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and presentation skills
- Excellent in converting leads into paying customers
- Positive/Flexible/Presentable/Committed
