Job Description
- Supports project management is achieving HSE goals as set for the project
- Carrying out Safety inspections on site facilities, equipment and marine unites using HSE Checklist
- Reporting & investigating accidents, near misses, sub-standard practices and substandard conditions at work sites
- Conducting Safety group meetings to coach the workforce on the company HSEMS, policies, emergency procedure, HSE procedures, standards, guidelines, cop's and other HSE documents related to sites
- Ensure that lifesaving & fire-fighting equipment are properly maintained I certified and ready for immediate use
- Assists Project Management to ensure workforce are in compliance with HSE standards, company HSE regulations and polices
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- BSc in science, civil construction or marine engineering
- Minimum qualification NEBOSH, OSHA or similar
- First aid certification
Function Specific Experience
- Able to deliver on the job training,
- Familiar with JSA and processes to analyze identified hazards
- Marine & Construction
- 3:5 years in safety field
- English good (Must)
