Job Description

  • Implements the central recruitment policy, processes and procedures efficiently and effectively .
  • Participates in modifying the monthly execution schedule of the workforce plan and coordinates with the relevant departments .
  • Manages the operations of contracting with agencies and partners, follow-ups the pension schedules and coordinates with the assigned parties.
  • Leads Analysis reports on employment fairs, external engagements, internal KPIs and audit required for the departments’ practices.
  • Conducts studies on the group's employment structure in terms of (gender - age group - date of retirement from service) with the aim of periodic development proposals.
  • Works on procedures manuals and system manuals and workflows with the necessary training and guidance on implementation. 
  • Liaison with internal departments for ensuring the cooperation on contracts – procedures – assigned tasks.
  • Review the audit and compliance abidance to applying the best practices and policies and procedures of the company and labor offices as necessary .
  • Manages the job offer negotiations and contract handling with the selected candidates for central assigned roles.
  • Attending fairs and campaigns to represent the business and provide support to the team
  • Execute the internal moves & restructure process and protocol with relevant system updates in a timely manner. 
  • Liaison with internal departments for ensuring the cooperation on contracts – procedures – assigned tasks.
  • Manage internal moves and required updates on the system for the transfers – secondments – expats
  • Manage reports of all types of employees and finalizing re-org decrees and handles updates on the system with other necessary procedures.
  • Manage retirement protocols and liaison with relevant departments for target replacements – process and closure.
  • Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work to achieve the objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
  • 2-5 years  of Experience with any similar role in HR Field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and working with Office and Physio is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to details and ability to with SMART & Inclusive.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written and read English.
  • Analytical ability and track record of handling process, procedures and analysis reports effectively.
