Job Description

  • Test computer software or hardware, using standard diagnostic testing equipment and procedures
  • Install new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network systems Configure computer networks.
  • Test computer system operations to ensure proper functioning.
  • Analyze data to identify or resolve operational problems.
  • Monitor the performance of computer networks.
  • Provide technical support for computer network issues
  • Responding to queries via email, or phone
  • Following up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Experience in the configuration and administration of Windows 7,8,10
  • Maintain an inventory of IT property and assets.
  • Install and configure call center software and hardware.
  • Prepare daily reports and project status reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 0 : 2 years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
  • Males Only .
  • Age 24 : 27 years . 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
