Job Description

  • Preparing and implementing the company's marketing strategy, objectives, and tactical plans to ensure the correct understanding of the company's brand to the targeted audience.
  • Developing related policies, procedures, budgets, and allocating resources in order to develop and enhance the department’s activities in line with the company’s objectives.
  • development & Implementation of an annual operational plan for the approved traditional and digital channels including launching promotional campaigns, brand activities, managing associated logistical activities for events such as exhibitions, gatherings, conferences, advertisements, etc.,
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by conducting continuous research on new ideas, events, and analyzing various financial, technological, and demographic factors of the market on an ongoing basis.
  • Preparing market studies, analyzing their results and reviewing all channels of communication with the external and internal parties of the company
  • Evaluate market reactions towards the efficiency of promotional activities, advertising programs and public relations messages that are implemented or used with all stakeholders associated with the company with the aim of reconsidering the changing marketing and competitive strategies.
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of the department's budget, track deviations, take corrective actions, or recommend changes.
  • Manage subcontractor agreements and allocate roles to relevant stakeholders in order to ensure effective implementation of contractual terms and conditions
  • Building and managing positive relationships with customers, and others who have an impact on the company's reputation.
  • Supervising the legal activities necessary for his/her work ensuring that all activities and operations are carried out in accordance with local laws and regulations governing business operations.

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 7+ Years of experience in similar industry
  • 3+ Years of experience in similar role
  • Bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
