Job Description

  • Lead the company’s financial strategy and planning throughout the best Financial Practice, techniques, and Modelling.
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
    Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design an action plan for these to be met.
  • Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Review all of contractor's invoices, labors payable cost schedule
  • Responsible for the month end closing process
  • Review the vendor's payment cheques
  • Review the monthly P&L results with the department managers
  • Handle the matters related to tax authorities either dues settlement or tax audit.
  • Consider, review and verify costs, expenses, and revenues
  • Recruit, hire, and train Financial team
  • Developing Financial team through motivation, counseling, and advice the TNA.
  • Set KPIs for financial team.
  • Evaluate current team performance, processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • 7:10 years experience in Financial, Accounting.
  • Applicants preferred to be from 10th of ramadan city, obour city , shrouk , future city.
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations
  • Cash Flow Sense, Analytical skills, Attention to detail and Negotiation skills
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
