Job Description
- Installation and dismantling of interpretation devices and equipment.
- Testing and operating the equipment before the conference.
- Addressing any technical problems that may arise during work.
- Operate the devices during rehearsals to ensure that all devices are working efficiently.
- Regular maintenance and inspection of equipment and devices.
- Ensure that work is facilitated for the client during the conference and follow up on the progress of work, whether for presentations, videos or speeches presented.
- Preparing a report of general observations after the end of the conference.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions.
- Handling troubleshooting breakdowns.
- Performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.
- Testing equipment before rehearsals and the event itself.
- Update laptop antivirus.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (Ex: Business, Management information system)
- Good command of English Skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office program (Word - PowerPoint )
- Skills: High communication skills -Fast Learner -working under pressure
- Ready to travel inside Egypt - Full accommodation will be provided, including meals and transportation from the company
