Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and contribute to the development and implementation of effective HR policies.

Employee Engagement:

Foster a positive work culture by organizing team-building events and initiatives. Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Talent Development:

Implement training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and contribute to their career growth. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Policy Compliance:

Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
