Job Description
- Implement monthly, and weekly master production schedules (MPS) according to the sales requirements taking in consideration market priorities, and the production lines capacities.
- Monitoring inventories of raw materials, Packaging materials & finish products.
- Implement the monthly materials requirements plans (MRP), and the purchasing orders (PO) to the local suppliers to fulfill our requirements of materials.
- In contact with the suppliers to follow up materials delivery process.
- Coordinate the daily shipping process of our products to the WH’s, and the export shipments according to the export orders.
- Following the production process to be sure from raw materials and packing materials availability to fulfill the shipping schedules
- Ensure the finished product is delivered on time and analyze the breakdowns
- Provide guidance on statistical forecasting, history cleansing, measures, and bias to less experienced planning resource
- Lead and ensure the alignment between the cross-functional teams (operation, Marketing, Sales, Warehouses & logistics )
- Make a good relationship with the suppliers to gain best price, quality & on-time delivery
- Supporting the marketing team in the new product development with full monitoring
- Managing third party process to ensure the demand fulfillment on time.
- Monitoring in daily basis the Back orders & ensure to cover the WH’s safety stocks
- Monitoring the monthly KPI’s to achieve the targets
- Prepare the S&OP meeting presentation on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience in FMCG is a MUST
- Preferably to be SAP User.
- Hard worker
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work with multiple cultures
- Excellent at Microsoft Office
