Job Description
- Supervises and delegates to staff accountants to accomplish accounting objectives and manage day-to day activities and schedules of Accounting staff for productivity, quality of work, and completion of tasks within established timelines
- Examines, analyzes and interpret accounting records for management.
- Manages accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results.
- Establishes and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate data necessary for business operations.
- Support in monthly Reporting and any other reports or inquiries from the company.
- Participate in preparing required studies and reports for management use.
- Arrange with external auditors through the audit process.
- Ensure completion of Balance sheet justification.
- Formulate and administer approved Accounting policies, practices, processes, and procedures
- Recommend and implement enhancements to Accounting systems.
- Responsible of Accounts chart update and changing in the system Master data and Maintain Monthly Exchange rate update and recording in the system.
- Prepare consolidated financial statement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of experience in accounting field preferably with industrial or construction companies
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP business one
- High analytical skills
- Experience with Audit firms
- Excellent command of English
