Job Description
- Reading and compiling data on equipment status from maintenance and production files
- Distributing maintenance work according to priority to the maintenance team
- Follow up the work of the workshop and ensure its implementation
- Follow up the implementation of preventive maintenance work and follow up vibration reports and ensure that they are recorded
- Follow up on necessary and critical spare parts with the Purchasing Department
- Follow up and record all the work done in the equipment register
- Compliance with laws and legislations related to environment, safety and occupational health.
Functional tasks :
- Conducting studies aimed at improving equipment performance and reducing downtime
- Recording all cases of stopping and making a study to avoid their occurrence in the future
- Follow-up the related work, make the monthly report for the stops, and supervise the implementation of maintenance work during the stops
- Gathering and recording all technical information related to equipment and spare parts required
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of the annual maintenance plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- From one to three years experience in similar fields
- Interested in the details of maintenance work
- Very good English
- Proficiency in the use of engineering programs and computer skills
- Has strong social communication skills
