Monitor network infrastructure and systems functionality
Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Manage and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Report issues to Infrastructure and Network Teams
Develop, implement, and execute test plans for new and existing features.
Manage payments operations reports over the different ebooking channels i.e. ( B2C / B2B / onsite channels ).
Monitor and ensure the availability of the application on a regular basis.
Handle the reports of different e-Payment systems / applications and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions.
Manage reported complaints and issues.
Manage developments for reports and analysis required for payments.
Ensure communication and alignment between all key functions internally including, Tech, Payments, Finance, Marketing, etc.

BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
Relevant experience as systems monitoring and Control
Experience with monitoring systems
Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
Knowledge in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)
