Job Description
- Handle recruitment process with Retail sector and managers.
- Follow-up with retail recruitment team members.
- Coach, monitor and develop members' skills.
- Responsible for Achieving team targets, summarizing and communicating the progress with HR Head on weekly basis.
- Identify areas within the sector that require development (from HR Point) and work on resolving them.
- Overviewing and following -up with other HR Related functions.
- Handle any other HR tasks with the Retail sector.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline, preferred HR Major or post-studies.
- 6+ years of recruitment and mass hiring recruitment.
- Slight knowledge of other HR Functions.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and multi-tasker with limited supervision.
