Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Ensure with all necessary office supplies.
  • Photocopying any papers.
  • Deal with special requests from guests and inform the office boy.
  • Maintain office security.
  • Initiating sales with potential clients over the phone.
  • Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about our services
  • Generate new leads over the phone

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 To 3 Years of experience
  • Female only
  • Very Presentable.
  • Good knowledge of MS office.
  • Maximum age 27 years.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent English
