Job Description
- Maintains timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program
- Performs Preventive Maintenance work orders.
- Monitors and maintain all laundry and kitchen equipment
- Supervises Changing of air-conditioning filters per the maintenance program
- Check HVAC equipment; change filters, belts, bearings and lubricate as necessary. Also check for unusual noise or vibration, and adjust as necessary
- Perform guest requests as assigned
- Assist in all phases of repair work
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

- B.A in Engineering
- Minimum years of experience:
- From 6 to 8 years
- Skills (Acquired)
- Computer Skills: Good
- English Language skills: Intermediate
