Job Description
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters ( Talent Acquisition, compensation, benefits, etc. )
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
- Handling the Hiring process.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles All employee Relations matters.
- Administering on-the-job training programs.
- Updates and Creates HR policies.
- Writing job descriptions
- Handles the performance appraisal process
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Tech & Digital Agencies is a plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- HR Certificate is a Plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Females only
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Previous knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent command of Microsoft office.
