We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team!

Research, explore and study different hotels among different destination options.
Research hotels and travel prices, customs, reviews and offer it to our clients, etc.
Research and study clients’ specifications and requests received via email and emails.
Suggest suitable hotels options that best suit clients' needs.
Reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation and excursions.
Offer and promote different b2b services to our clients.
Keep learning about the latest industry trends.
Attend webinars, conferences, and other educational programs.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant with a minimum 1-year experience and a maximum of 3 years experience.
Excellent knowledge of traveling b2b systems (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, hotels systems, XML, and e-travel).
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
Well-versed in various areas of travel and hotels (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc).
Reach the revenue and profit targets.
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively with our b2b agents via email and telephone.
Demonstrable ability to handle crises, handle unforeseen problems & complaints, and determine eligibility for money returns.
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
