Job Description

  • Defining, managing and leading the company's human resources function that would enhance the strategic mission, vision, and values of the organization and employee development.
  •  Managing human resource operations at a high level, and working in cooperation with other departments of critical importance to the organization's operations.
  •  Provide leadership, direction and partnership to the group leadership team.
  •  Work with the executive team to assess the organization's structure, systems, and key processes.
  • Assist in job design and organizational structure; And record the ongoing changes to the organizational structure and job description.
  • Developing and managing human resources policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that they are consistent with the law.
  • Work with the leadership team to effectively plan and implement the recruitment process, as well as enhance the implementation of the recruitment process; Maintaining work contracts and executive management contracts.
  • Development of performance management and employee development system.
  • Act as a mediator and advisor to the leadership team of the organization's administrative policies and procedures.
  •  Work with the leadership team to develop effective employee relations programs that include employee development, internal investigations, dispute resolution and disciplinary matters, as well as to ensure the continuous application of policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the executive team in resolving organizational issues and improving communication between departments.
  • Leads employee payroll and benefits administration, as well as end-of-service management programs; Analyze all aspects of it, and make recommendations to the company leadership team in this regard.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business related field.
  • Certified HR Professional is preferred.
  • 8 to 15 years of HR experience with at least two (2) years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness and organization change processes.
  • Profound knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.
  • Profound knowledge of HR principles & practices.
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
